Now serving up grub at three "locations", the Bite of Maine food truck is tripling its success. Run by a husband and wife dynamic duo, the truck regularly pops up outside Allagash Brewing and in Fort Williams Park near the Portland Head Light. Plus, there's a small counter service/takeout option in the Portland suburb of Scarborough. Be sure to try the winning combination of the lobster mac and cheese grilled cheese; it's what sandwich dreams are made of.
