From the town of El Chaltén, a 10 kilometre trail in Parque Nacional Los Glaciares takes you to the turquoise Laguna de los Tres and views of Mt. Fitz Roy behind. It’s a steep climb to start, then flattish before the last steep kilometre. Take a walk down to the lake and then over to the left climb a little way to be surprised by Laguna Sucia, a rectangular shaped vivid blue lake.
