High Rock is located in the South Cascades. The map you will need is Green Trails No. 301 Randle. Bring water as there is none along the trail. Located at the top is a 1930's fire lookout cabin (no longer in service). I went on a clear day and had a 360 degree view without clouds. Mount Rainer loomed directly in front of me, and Cora Lake was 1,500 feet below. #hiking #giffordpinchot #southcascades #forest
