Go for their Hiroshima­yaki or Hiroshima Okonomiyaki.  Osaka may lay claim to this unique dish of Okonomiyaki but Hiroshima will not be out­done. Its version is filled with cabbage and noodles which made it crisper and more filling. Like all okonomiyaki, you can opt for multiple different ingredients though unlike Osaka style, the chefs are the ones to prepare the dish for you. Many flock to the Okonomiyaki Village to taste this street fare but you need not travel far to savor this local delight!
