Originally from Fukuoka, this thick-broth ramen has became internationally famous for their customizable ramen! Their menu is simple, with just one type of ramen but you’re able to customize the thickness of the broth, softness of the noodle, etc. In additional, the dining experience is also one of a kind with individual booths and hidden servers. This is my favorite and they have a couple of places in Kyoto and Osaka!
