If you are a (inexplicably IMHO) fan of the play and film “1776”, you’ll probably burst into song upon entering this important historical building. But even a not terribly patriotic soul like myself, still gets a bit of a chill and a swelling of national pride when I see the actual spot where both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed. Independence Hall is free to visit but you need to go with a tour and pick up timed entry tickets in advance.
