The name Publik comes from the Dutch word for community, and embodies the shop's motto of "quality over quantity, community over corporate, and planet over profit." The flagship shop is in a renovated printing shop and has a clean, industrial interior with two levels, reclaimed materials, large glass windows, and plenty of seating and meeting rooms.
