Pacific Pizza and Brew specializes in scratch-made pizza and craft beer within a laid-back atmosphere. The meats and cheeses used for the pizzas are cold smoked on site. Fresh ingredients and locally-sourced products take priority. On my last visit, I skipped the pizza and tried the caesar salad. The salads are as good as the pizzas. Because I'm a photographer, I ate and studied the beautiful, large photos covering the walls. They were taken along the Pacific Coast.
