This was the first #hike that I ever did in Santa Barbara and I was not disappointed. It had been a little while since I attempted a hike after a back injury and I wanted something straight forward and easy to work my way back up. The Wind Caves provided me with that. To start there is a nice dip from the trailhead before a moderate climb up to the caves themselves. Once at the caves there are lots of little side trails that take up through most of them. Once in the caves you can chill out in the shade and enjoy expansive views of the Pacific and Channel Islands. This remains one of my favorite hikes in the area. #hiking #caves #views
