Somewhere Bistro is owned by a lovely french-indian couple and is the place to be in Bishkek. They offer several draft beers (from 100 soms), lots of cocktails and a large variety of shots. Many expats go there as well as locals and the atmosphere is always cheerful. They organize many events (quiz night every wednesday, live music concerts, open-mic, exhibitions, lectures and so on). It is also a restaurant that serves indian food. All in all, by far my favorite place in Bishkek for a night out !
