This windmill found in the town of Kuressaare, was originally built in 1899 on the site of a former Orthodox Church. Fully operational until 1941 when the war ceased it's operations. Used for storage and living quarters for a number of years, the windmill was then restored and turned into the Veski Cafe in 1974. Today it is the oldest catering business in Kuressaare.
