If you go to one museum in Jeddah, it should be the Khaleel Museum inside this complex as it houses thousands of Saudi artifacts telling the history of the city. Check the opening hours in advance as they may have designated individual, group, and family days. If they says it’s closed or they try to turn you away, ask if you can walk around outside but still inside the gates to see the intricate architecture of all the buildings in the complex.
