The Akbar fort is a good spot near Allahabad to watch the place where the 2 holy rivers, the Yamuna and the Ganges meet. You can't really visit the fort, but it offers a pretty impressive view from the outside. It is a pilgrimage place and when I was there pilgrims came to perform a pig sacrifice. #India #ganges #river #fort #allahabad
