Cornelio is one of the nicest restaurants in Pilar, and one of the oldest too. It is ideal for a special weekend diner or Sunday lunch. The restaurant is in a colonial residence renovated and repurposed in great style as can be seen in the pictures and the food is even better, self defined as Mediterranean cuisine it offers a great variety of dishes with some daily specials. On my last visit I had a delicious shrimp risotto but the salmon strudel is one of my all time favorites too.
