If you have the physical ability to walk up and down a a few flights of stairs and some hills, I highly recommend the Grand Avenue tour. It’s 4 miles long and takes four hours but there are frequent stops and 2 bathroom breaks. The terrain and the history of the cave are amazing. #hiking
