Onion soup you can believe in! Even in Paris' touristy Montmartre neighborhood, good-value eats are just a couple blocks off the main drag. This place is a recommended splurge. We made friends with the Parisian family at the next table over. They gave us several excellent restaurant recommendations and helped us with some key French food phrases.
