About 5hrs drive from Nairobi, the Masai Mara has incredible biodiversity. Did a 4 day safari and saw lions, elephants, hippos, rhinos, cheetah, giraffe and so much more. While hiring a tour company from the city is "easier", you'll save money by going to villages near the park entrance and hiring a local Masai to take you in.
