Go visit a finca/coffee plantation with one of the locals! There are so many plantations right outside of Antigua. I recommend one of the small tours where one of the locals bring you to his farm and shows the entire process from bean to cup. It is very authentic and some of them speaks English as well. #coffee #coffeetour
