With the impressive red arches this structure is the highest point closest to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. I would encourage you to climb the dizzying heights from the graffiti underbelly all the way to the top where you can catch the best views of the museum. If you are lucky you may have some rowers making their way underfoot that makes for some amazing shots.
