Uinta is Utah's heavy-hitter brewery. They have been a staple in the state at festivals, sporting events, and grocery stores as long as I can remember. In 2001 they went 100% wind powered, so you can feel extra good about drinking their beer (now also solar powered). Located on the west side of Salt Lake City a visit is worth the short drive. A couple of my favorites include Tangerine Hop Nosh, Monkshine, Stomping Ground (a coffee stout that uses locally roasted coffee from Publik Coffee Roasters), and their Anniversary Barley Wine Ale #brewery #beer #craftbeer
