This square is a true node for the city, set in stunning gardens, historical buildings and surrounded by all things commerce (retail, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops). During the summer they also host a free film festival - when I was there they had an animation festival going on that attracted locals and visitors alike. There were some beer and snack stalls to keep you fuelled and behind the central column there was a video game exhibition to occupy young and old.
