This little restaurant slightly off the beaten path in Casco ended up as one of my favorites. The self proclaimed "food truck style restaurant" has a rotating menu with lots of delicious options. You order at the counter when you arrive and then find a place to sit while you wait for your food. The tuna was one of the best things I've eaten in years. When I went the address on Google maps was incorrect but I was able to find the correct address on Instagram.
