Crama Domnească
Meaning the Royal Cellar, Crama Domneasca is one of the most popular restaurants in the old city center of Bucharest. The modern restaurant was set up in a historic building featuring elements of local architecture and a typical layout with an inner courtyard. The walls are decorated with portraits of Wallachian Princes, such as famous Vlad Dracul (known as Dracula). In terms of dishes, you can get traditional as well as common dishes. Romanian polenta with cheese or bulz ciobanesc are some of the best choices for the main course while papanasi (traditional donuts with sour cream and fruit jam) is the most popular dessert.
