Right on the beach, the Venice board walk is one of those whimsical places you see in American pop culture movies. There's muscle beach, where ripped dudes/girls lift weights in a Schwarzenegger-esque fashion; there's skateboarders, perdormers, tattoo shops, ice cream and a ton of cheesy souvenirs.
