Jules Suites is the ultimate home away from home at Saint Julian's. The apartment-style suites have everything you need to experience Malta as a local. Beds are large and ridiculously comfortable, there is office space and some suites come with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony where you can tan, read, do yoga. Ramona at the front desk is a sweetheart and incredibly helpful. She'll welcome you with all the info you need about the area and give sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. A traveler herself (Ramona spent about 14 years in Japan), she'll make sure you've got everything. On the first floor by the reception, you'll find a common area where continental breakfast is served, a ton of coffee and tea and a small outdoor lounge for smokers.
