The largest Jail in South Asia is also known as Tihar Ashram with the authorities encouraging the inmates for working towards their interests. The outer walls of the jail were painted during the Street Art festival & it now boasts of hosting the largest mural in the country. Interestingly, the paintings contain art in the unique poetic sense & breaking the societal norms about prisoners.
