Lanzhou City, Gansu Province Highway Administrative Center
Lanzhou is the capital of the Gansu Province and an inevitable stopover for those on their journey along the Silk Road to northwest China. Lanzhou is perhaps most famous for its Hui Muslim population and their hand pulled halal beef noodles that made the city famous. They're all over the place here and super delicious. Besides that Lanzhou is a fairly interesting city. The night market near the pedestrian street is worth a stop over too
