Café de Flore
Café de Flore is where many famous writers and personalities used to hang out. One example is Simone de Beauvoir and Jean Paul Sartre. Now, this place is still a place to see and be seen for Parisiennes. You'll see people really dressed up and polished having a coffee on the terrace and smoking. If you look like a tourist, there's a chance that the waiters will be rude to you but that's a part of the Paris experienced. The cafe is expensive. A coffee with milk is €5.90 but it's worth it because the size is huge - they give you the coffee and milk separately and you mix it however you like. Food is omelet with salmon, croissants (go early because those sell out quickly), and cakes. #paris
