Chicha is actually one of the many restaurants owned by the famous Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio. It is located in Arequipa and Cusco, and even though the menu varies a little bit in each place, Peruvian fusion food is what predominates. I would recommend making a reservation before heading over, especially at lunchtime. The menu is very diverse and has lots of seafood options.
