My favorite sushi in LA by a huge margin. Ordering is idiot-proof... Just say "Nozawa" and enjoy. Consistently so flawless and reliable - just watch people's faces when they take their first bite. This place makes me so god damn happy, I can hardly stand myself. Warm rice convert 4 life. Side note: I also love the built-in gratuity. No one wants to waste their post-best-meal-ever haze doing dumb restaurant arithmetic. Side side note: For a faster and cheaper experience, try KazuNori downtown... their hand roll bar. Same freshness and quality as the hand rolls in the main restaurant, cool, quick, and efficient dining environment.
