[BONUS TIP NO.2] Despite this being a short trip, we manage to squeeze in one day to visit Macau. First of all, do note that Macau is considered another territory under the Chinese rule so a valid visa and passport is required at the customs. It even has its own currency though Hong Kong dollar is accepted here as well. Macau was returned to the Chinese by the Portuguese in 1999, making this the last European outpost in Asia. The Portuguese influence can be seen from the historical old town and do not underestimate the crowd here. The city square seems to pack the entire population in it!
