#breakfast #lunch #food James Hotel has a rooftabl restaurant/bar that is open to non hotel guests customers. The view is amazing and because we are on the rooftop their is a little reeze to rescue from the Juba heat. I wouldn't recommend going up there during the day because it's HOT but the afternoon offers some coolness up there.
