Sip of Hope Coffee Bar
This place is a nonprofit, and 100% of the proceeds go to support mental health awareness. The coffee shop itself is actually a promoter of mental health awareness, too. All the servers have some mental health education training. When you’re sitting at the tables, you’ll face a big mural painted in white letters across a black wall that says “We are in this together”. Behind you the wall reads It’s okay to not be okay. In short, this place is lovely. The only downside is the fact that the WiFi connection is not very strong. Still, lots of freelancers fill up this shop on a regular basis, holding collaboration meetings and getting stuff done. If you have your own way to connect to the internet — or better yet, if you don’t need the internet — it’s a great place to be productive. #mentalhealth #mentallystrong #coffeelovers
