Burlington, Vermont is foodie heaven. In just a few short blocks around the main thoroughfare of Church Street, you can find snacks or meals from all over the world. I started here to try the cuisine of Nepal. It was similar to Indian food, but some of the flavors were not as spicy. The food here is delicious. I tried Aloo Chop which is a potato croquette of sorts served with a tomato dipping sauce. I also tried the Himalayan iced tea. It tasted like chai and was refreshing. #himalayas #food #cafe #snack
