The Linville River that runs through the gorge was low when we hiked it. The water was slow moving and shallow in most places. There were a few "swimming depth" spots, but the mid March water temperatures were to cold for much more than a quick dip. Definitely recommend hiking along the river. #hiking #camping #swimming
