For a prime example of brutalist Soviet architecture, look no further than the Minsk Sports Palace. In fact if you have visited Vilnius you will see that they have exactly the same style building. Completed in 1966, this building was used as a model in a number of other Soviet cities, and in 1984 this building was included in the list of cultural and historial monuments of the BSSR.
