This theater, located near the ferry terminal, tends to have a definitively B-list (OK, sometimes C or D list) of theater, music, magic and comedy. But occasionally they kick it up a notch and if you see something on their schedule that appeals to you, it’s worth making the trip out here. The theater is a real beaut! It was build in the 1920s, saved from destruction and revived in the early 2000s, it retains its distinctive and ornate interior replete with stained glass, tiled fountains, rich murals, chandeliers and a grand spiral staircase.
