A gravel road from Camarones taking around 45 minute takes you to this Magellanic penguin colony. You can spot guanaco, maras, and flamingo on the drive there. The colony consists of 100’s of penguins and great to witness their return from the sea in the late afternoon. Boardwalks take you across the land which they occupy, you can be standing inches above them. Watching them waddle over sandy hills in a line is hilarious. #argentina #magellanicpenguins #penguincolony
