Dear Breakfast is a great spot for food and coffee. It can get pretty busy, but if you come later in the afternoon there is plenty of space (keep in mind they close at 4). I recommend snagging a seat in the corner or at one of the high tables. The WiFi is pretty good, and there are a few outlets if you sit near a wall.
