Oceanfront Tanta is a part of a chain of Peruvian restaurants owned by the award-winning chef Gaston Acurio. This is one of the best locations in town when it comes to views, but if you are short on time you can also find another one at the Lima airport. The "tamal verde" was delicious and so was the quinoa salad. Prices here are really good given the high-quality cuisine and authentic recipes.
