Puntas Gallinas is the most northern point in South America. It's some work to get to Cabo from Rioacha and then to continue up to get this far north you must go on a tour. Backpackers may think it's too pricey but I'm here to tell you it's so so so worth it. I've never seen anywhere so surreal in my entire life (I seriously felt like I was in a Dali painting sometimes). This photo was taken at the most northern point in South America.
