Ciudad Perdida (Spanish for "Lost City") is the remains of an ancient city perched on a hilltop in Colombia's Sierra Nevada mountain range. The hike to Ciudad Perdida starts from the village of El Mamey and the return trip takes 4-6 days depending on how much rest you want. There are plenty of uphill and downhill portions along the hike, but nothing beats the experience of huffing and puffing up a steep ridge surrounded by lush nature. #hiking
