Hiking to the subpeak of Le Morne is fairly straightforward. There are several trailheads that lead to the main path up. Good shoes and water are recommended. The hike to the main path is fairly easy. There are several viewpoints along the way that give a panorama similar to that at the top. These may be a consideration for people with limited scrambling experience or fear of heights or children. The path up is straightforward but with some very steep scrambles. Well visited. Guides are also available online for those with limited hiking experience but good condition.
