Khongoryn Els is a stretch of sand dunes in the Gobi desert of Mongolia. It's located within the Gurvan Saikhan National Park. Hiking here is not for the weak even though it takes an hour or so to reach the summit. The sand dunes can be visited through organised tours. And if you really want to test your endurance, multi-day hikes could be organised as well. #hiking #nature #landscapes
