Absolutely horrible experience on this flight. We've been on the tarmac for 4hrs now. Mechanical problems. If their customer service was just a little bit better, I wouldn't be so frustrated. Got my first water after 2 hrs of waiting. Missing my next 2 connections and missing out on a full day of my airbnb in Roatan, Honduras. This trip isn't starting out very well...
