Waya Island, home of Octopus, is one of the best places in Fiji for backpackers. There's a dorm building and including the gourmet meal costs, it's under 50 Euros a day, amazing in the remote Fiji Islands. Waya is beautiful in and of itself but it's also an awesome springboard for other nearby places in the Yasawa Islands. Enjoy a night snorkel, relax with evening poolside movies, or head to other islands during the day - the options are endless.
