Southeast of Baracoa you find a spectacular natural park called Majayara. This place is full of some great hikes, areas to swim, caves and you'll also find the beach nearby. Depending on what time of the year you go you might have to reach some of the hikes by boat since there is too much water in the river to get to the starting point. There are lots of locals close to the river who offer to take you to the other side.
