Monument of Neutrality is a 95 m tall three legged arch built by Turkmenistan’s former president Saparmurat Niyazov to commemorate the country’s official position of neutrality. With a 12 m tall golden statue of Niyazov on top of the monument that rotates to always face the sun. Visitors can reach the upper sky deck (50m) with a transparent elevator. #turkmenistan #silkroad
