The El Brujo complex is considered one of the most important archeological sites on the north coast. It was a ceremonial center for up to 10 cultures, including the Moche. Huaca Cao Viejo is the place where the "La Senora de Cao" (the mummy of a tattooed pregnant woman) was found, dating from AD 450. #history #architecture
