Lofty camp ground on Nana-yama is where a lot of locals go to rent cabins for a weekend getaway. The cabins have all the amenities (beds, showers, kitchen, electricity, etc.) And there is a separate shared area where people have barbeques. While it's not camping in the traditional sense where you're in a tent it's a nice treat to get out of the normal Japanese city-life and into the relaxing Japanese country side.
